4.4  Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practice. 4.5  bq678 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is open on the account; or (d) the account is under a security review.

In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, bq678 will cooperate with relevant authorities and any funds may be subject to seizure rather than return.

8.4  Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming Policy. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances. 8.5  Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed — the following conditions apply:

8.6 Limitation of Liability
